Membership
Deeside Ramblers uses Pitchero to manage its membership database and membership subscriptions. Existing and new members can sign up to the Club using the "Join this Club" button at the top of this page of the website and apply for an appropriate team (ideally having spoken to one of the coaches first - otherwise, best guess being realistic). (Note: all u18s should apply for 'DRHC Juniors' initially - and see further specific details below.)
Once your application has been approved, a new member can provide the Club with all their essential information. Full details are given in the document '`Signing up to Pitchero - A guide for players' - below.

Updating your information each season
Easy to do and ensures you and/or your child get more playing opportunities and that we have the right information we need in an emergency. Step by step instructions are in the document 'Updating your (or your child's) info on Pitchero' - below.
Paying your Membership Subscription
The easiest way to pay your membership subs is via the Club app (select the shopping trolley icon). Or you can pay via the shop on this website. Either way, you will need to be a member of the Club, logged into your Pitchero account and you will need your bank account number and sort code if you have not provided them previously.
Membership subscription payments are processed by direct debit but these do NOT automatically renew in future seasons. In other words, you are only setting up payment for the current season when you set up the direct debit payment instruction.
Note that we rely on members to actively buy their membership using the process described above and we do not 'assign' membership products to members unless we really have to chase you. So your Pitchero account may say that you are all up to date with payments even if you haven't paid your subs. This just means you have paid things like match fee which do 'assign' to members every week after they have played.
Checking what payments you have made
You can check all payments that you have made to the Club via Pitchero by logging on to the full version of Pitchero in a browser (you can access this via the club website - log-in at the top right hand corner). From here, click on 'My account' and then select 'Payments'.
