The 4s had one of those days at Timperley, after making a bright start to the game we collectively forgot how to score. Naturally, after missing chance after chance, Timperley broke away and scored with their first shot for 1-0 at half time.

In the 2nd half, Timperley grew into the game and had several chances to punish our wastefulness in front of goal. Some smart saves from Ben R kept us in it and with 10 minutes to go debutant Xander mishit a wonderful shot which squirmed it's way past the Timperley keeper to drag us back level.

The final 10 minutes were fairly frantic with both sides pushing for the winner and Charlie C out on his own just concentrating on getting sent off. In truth, whilst we should have been 4 or 5 nil up at half-time, we could also easily have lost this game so a draw wasn't a bad result.
